Easy Spinach-Artichoke Dip

Notes
If possible, use Trader Joe’s canned artichoke hearts. TJ’s artichoke hearts are the best quality with less hard leaves & stems.
Ingredients
- 1 – 9 oz. microwavable pouch frozen chopped spinach
- 1 – 16 oz. container sour cream with chives
- 1 – 14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
- 1 – 1.4 oz. packet Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
Instructions
- Microwave frozen spinach pouch according to package directions. Set aside; let cool.
- In medium bowl, empty container of sour cream. Add chopped artichokes and Knorr mix. Give mixture a stir.
- Once spinach is cooled, thoroughly squeeze out all liquid. Add drained spinach to other ingredients. Mix until all ingredients are well blended. Serve with chips or crackers. Refrigerate any leftovers.
